Here is one more shot from Luray Caverns. This section is called "dream lake." The bottom layer that looks like stalagmites is actually a reflection of the stalactites. The picture does not do it justice as it was the best part of the caverns. Even though I knew it was a reflection, it looked completely real--except when a drop of water would fall and send slight ripples across the surface.
