Where's the Money?

The New York Times had an article the other day about the false teachings of the so-called "prosperity gospel" movement, which actually has nothing to do with the real gospel message. In the piece, Gloria Copeland is quoted as saying, "God knows where the money is, and he knows how to get the money to you." She is actually right about that, but not in the way she was suggesting. The money is in her wallet and the way to get it to people in need is for her and her husband to quit living like royalty and instead live like Jesus. For the sake of the Copelands--and the people who are giving away their money to be wasted--let us hope that they hear someone preach the real gospel.
