Two Futures

Last week, President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev agreed to work toward cutting the number of nuclear weapons that the U.S. and Russia have (you might have missed the news because of the more important story of the death of Michael Jackson two weeks earlier). It remains to be seen if the new agreement will result in significant changes. One evangelical effort to push the reduction of nuclear weapons is the Two Futures Project. They have a lot of information about why such efforts are needed and what can be done to make progress.
