Here is an excellent post over at Talk To Action about how even though the Southern Baptist Convention leadership condemned Pat Robertson's latest remarks, the SBC's FamilyNet Sirius radio station carries "The 700 Club" on which he made that and other violent and dumb statements.
Jonathan Hutson writes, "So the SBC takes Robertson seriously enough to call him down for advocating political violence, but not seriously enough to yank his Sirius leash."
Hopefully they will be willing to stand behind their words and cut off part of Robertson's ability to further spread his damaging statements.
