Ebola Exaggerations Called Political "Lie of the Year"

Ethics Daily ran my latest article today, which is titled "Ebola Exaggerations Called Political 'Lie of the Year.'" In the piece, I report on what PolitiFact.com called the biggest political lie for 2014. PolitiFact did a good job highlighting a clear distortion made by many politicians and media outlets. While Ebola remains a serious problem in western Africa, the coverage about it in the U.S. greatly missed the point. After noting PolitiFact's arguments in today's article, I also review Ethics Daily's well-focused Ebola coverage.
