Ethics Daily ran my latest article today, which is entitled "Texas Adopts Controversial Education Standards." Among the decisions made was a vote to remove Thomas Jefferson from the list of political philosophers to be taught about (and replace him with Thomas Aquinas and John Calvin) and a vote to keep out a standard about the First Amendment's promise of no government establishment of religion.
