The Missouri Baptist Convention has filed its appeal of its unanimous appellate court loss. They have asked for both the full appeals court to rehear the case and the state Supreme Court to hear the case. Both are unlikely, but will drag this out a couple of more months and waste more time, energy, and money. I guess the answer has come to my previous post, which I figured would come today since it is the last day for them to file an appeal.
