BGCM Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the Baptist General Convention of Missouri is today and tomorrow at Fee Fee Baptist Church in St. Louis, which is the oldest Protestant church west of the Mississippi. There is an exciting line-up of speakers:

Dr. Wallace S. Hartsfield, the recently retired senior pastor of Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church of Kansas City and Vice President-at-Large of the National Baptist Convention of America, Inc.

Dr. William R. O'Brien, co-director of BellMitra Associates and former executive vice president of the Foreign Mission Board

Dr. Ronald L. Bobo, Sr., senior pastor of West Side Missionary Baptist Church in St. Louis and past president of the Baptist World Alliance Youth Department

Annual Sermon by Dr. Scott Harrison, pastor of First Baptist Church of Lee's Summit

President's Address by Dr. Harlan Spurgeon

Executive Director's Address by Dr. Jim Hill

Missions banquet speakers will be Jose Samol, president of the Guatemala Baptist Convention, and Dr. Gary Snowden, BGCM Team Leader for Missions Mobilization.
