At Justice Sunday III yesterday, Bishop Wellington Boone began by quoting from Psalm 84:
"My house shall be called a house of prayer for all people."
Yes it should be, but then why is he speaking at a political rally in what is supposed to be a house of prayer? How can he possible not understand that "Just Us Sunday" runs counter to the mission of the church? Jesus could once again proclaim, “My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it a den of robbers.”
