Honest about History?

Here's an article from Ethics Daily that reminds us of the need to be honest in how we portray our history. Welcome to Ethics Daily.com!

The author, Britt Towery, argues that many Christians exaggerate the claim that our nation was founded by Christians as a "Christian nation." While many of the founders were Christians, America was not a more religious nation then than it is now.

We must be careful not exaggerate or lie about history for political gain today. We must be people of the Truth!

As Towery writes:

"One of the more difficult things in life is to see the world as it is. Not the way we think it should be or how we wish it to be, but just as it is: perverse, compromised and with some outright lies."
