Apparently his blame the media routine didn't work. Now, Robertson finally admits he was wrong: "Is it right to call for assassination? No, and I apologize for that statement. I spoke in frustration that we should accommodate the man who thinks the U.S. is out to kill him."
While it's not perfect, hopefully this sad ordeal will finally be put behind us. Maybe now the news won't include negative stories about Christians saying dumb things. At least not until Robertson speaks again.
